Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our Massachusetts team to support youth and families with behavioral and mental health concerns in community and home settings.

We offer supervision for licensure, comprehensive benefits, a competitive salary for MA, and a 3000 stay-on bonus after six months. Full-time opportunities include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
