Justice Resource Institute Inc. seeks licensed-eligible professionals to provide community-based mental health services across the Cape area, with a home base in Yarmouth Port. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions for youth and families, under supervision, focusing on trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• License-eligible; Master’s degree preferred in mental health or related field.
• Must have daily access to reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn EMR software and Microsoft Suite.
• Clinical experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; background checks to be performed.

Responsabilités

• Provide community-based, trauma-informed clinical services under DMH/DCF contracts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support clients.
• Under supervision, design and deliver evidence-based interventions for youth and families.
• Coordinate care while placing the young person at the center of practice.
• Partner with child-serving systems to support community services.
