Job summary

Fuller Hospital seeks an In-Home Youth & Family Therapist to deliver intensive in-home therapy for youth under 21 and their families across Southeast Massachusetts. You will collaborate with a para-professional to implement interventions, coach parents, and develop treatment plans while maintaining progress notes and safety plans.

Flexible 24 or 32 hours weekly with remote/office hybrid options. Clinicians enjoy supervision, tuition reimbursement, and strong PTO, with mileage and cell phone

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Licensure or licensure eligibility preferred.
• Outpatient or home-based social work experience preferred.
• Internship may be available for 2nd-year master’s students.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intensive in-home family therapy sessions with youth under 21.
• Work with a TT&S staff member to co-facilitate sessions and support case management.
• Complete progress notes, assessments, safety and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and skills coaching as needed.
• Coordinate with community resources and aftercare planning.
