Job summary

TeamCare LLC is hiring compassionate mental health providers to deliver counseling to children aged 5–21 and families in home and community settings in New Jersey. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (afternoon, evening, weekends) with no minimum caseload and assigned families near your location.

Qualifications

• NJ license requirements listed (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT).
• Background checks and professional references completed satisfactorily.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• IIC experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to children aged 5–21 and families in home or community settings.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with case manager for service delivery and goals.
• Participate in ongoing assessment meetings and team communications.
