Job summary

TeamCare LLC is seeking compassionate mental health providers to deliver in-home counseling to children and families. The role offers flexible scheduling, with afternoon, evening, and weekend hours, and no minimum caseload.

We provide free clinical supervision towards licensure, referral bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Prior intensive in-community experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• NJ license required for practice.
• Successful completion of background checks and professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to children ages 5-21 and families in home/community.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state and agency guidelines.
• Communicate with case manager for case management and coordination of services.
• Participate in ongoing assessment/evaluation meetings of family treatment goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with agency core support team and leadership.

Education

NJ License: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT
