Empower U. is a learning organization delivering in-home therapy, including children's, individual, and family counseling, with ABA and respite services. We offer flexible scheduling and weekly pay to licensed clinicians.

Join a supportive team and provide in-home psychotherapy to diverse clients, develop treatment plans, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with referral partners. NJ license holders are welcome to apply; positions include part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ)
