Empower U. is an in-home therapy provider offering services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in New Jersey. Therapists work with a focus on evidence-based modalities, developing treatment plans and maintaining confidential records, with supervision opportunities and a flexible schedule.

We emphasize autonomy in practice, supportive collaboration, and professional growth through ongoing education and leadership development, all while delivering meaningful community impact.

Formación

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ)
