Job summary

Ennoble Care, a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider, seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to join the Intake and Scheduling team. This role coordinates in-home and tele-health visits, communicates with patients and providers, and keeps schedules accurate and up to date.

You will manage appointments, update demographics and insurance info, and uphold a courteous, efficient service standard while supporting multiple office sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required).
• Experience as an aide preferably in healthcare.
• Extremely organized; able to manage files, logbooks and staff schedules.
• Able to meet deadlines; computer proficient.
• Proper phone etiquette; multi-line duties.
• Teamwork-oriented and able to handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule/re-schedule patient appointments for clinical providers.
• Contact patients, communities and partners to communicate and confirm schedules.
• Review and update patients' demographic and insurance information.
• Prioritize tasks; promote prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain provider daily appointment load; handle voicemails daily.
