Asurion is hiring for an In-Home Sales & Tech Support role that operates in customers’ homes and requires daily travel. The position is part-time with an evening schedule (5 evenings/week) and offers a base hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and sales commissions.

Training is provided to prepare you for field work, with ongoing coaching to boost skills such as communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (excluded: Manhattan).
• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home visits and meet customers in-home or at other locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing tech issues and selling solutions.
• Learn products through paid training and apply Serve-Solve-Sell approach.
