Asurion is seeking part-time In-Home Sales & Tech Support representatives in Seattle. This role requires daily travel to customer homes in a field-based capacity, working five evenings a week.

Pay is $26.80 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and phone stipend. Responsibilities include diagnosing tech issues, providing service, and selling products based on customer needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Proof of valid car insurance is mandatory.
• Must have a personal cellphone for work communication.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient communication skills and strong adaptability required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at their homes using the Serve‑Solve‑Sell approach.
• Provide top-notch customer service while prioritizing needs.
• Diagnose and solve customers' tech issues effectively.
• Identify customer needs and sell products through negotiation.
