Job summary

Asurion seeks an In-Home Sales & Tech Support representative for a part-time evening role in the Portland area. You’ll visit customers in homes or nearby locations, mastering our Serve, Solve, Sell approach to deliver tailored tech solutions.

Paid training kicks off your journey, with hourly pay plus mileage reimbursement and a $35 monthly phone stipend. Uncapped commissions reward performance; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with up to 120 miles of one-way travel.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance.
• Personal vehicle required; travel up to 120 miles one-way.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays are part of the schedule.
• Persuasive communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home or nearby locations and apply the Serve, Solve, Sell approach.
• Learn products during paid training and provide effective, understandable solutions.
• Assist customers with tech questions, address issues, and recommend products.
• Pursue sales targets with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
