Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated service professional to assist adults with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will collaborate to set daily living and social goals, help implement the ISP, and support appointments, teaching personal finance and social skills.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, crisis management, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. Empathy and a valid MA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• BA in human services field or High School Diploma/associate degree with 2 years relevant experience
• At least 6 months relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work as a member of a diverse, multidisciplinary team
• Must be comfortable working in community settings
• Empathy and desire to work with adults with developmental disabilities
• Must have a valid MA State Driver’s License
