Job summary

Talentify in North Dakota is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to deliver in-home support, promote independence and assist individuals in integrating into the community. The role focuses on respectful, person-centered care in clients' own homes.

You will help with daily living activities, transportation, and personal care while maintaining safety and dignity. A high school diploma and a valid ND driver’s license are required; experience with disabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, caring environment through positive interaction and role modeling.
• Promote social relationships and support individuals in forming a natural support system.
