Job summary

Right at Home Fargo is seeking compassionate, skilled caregivers to provide professional and empathetic support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and create a safe, respectful in-home environment.

The role requires 18+, valid driver's license with insured car, ability to pass background and drug screening, and adherence to health and safety standards. Training is provided, and benefits include flexible scheduling and paid on-demand options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license and insured car to accompany shifts.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Respectful, compassionate and strong ethics.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan meals and meal preparation.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility to appointments, walks, etc.
• Shop for the client or accompany them while shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report unusual incidents and act quickly in emergencies.
