Community Options ND is seeking a compassionate individual to join our team on a flexible schedule, with shifts that vary. You will work directly with the individuals we support to enhance their quality of life through personalized, high-quality services.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android).
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain during new hire training period.
• A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check, including MVR, drug screening, and DHS pre-employment approval.
• Complete required training and/or certification within specified time frame.
