Job summary

Community Options ND is seeking a compassionate and flexible worker to assist individuals with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation. The role emphasizes enhancing quality of life through personalized, high-quality services in a team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain during training), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification during training.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Complete required training/certification within specified time frames.
• Basic English reading/writing skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and transportation.
• Engage with individuals to enhance their quality of life through personalized services.
