Job summary

Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home support in the Falls Church, VA area. You will promote independence and dignity while assisting with activities of daily living and community integration.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, DSP experience preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are a plus, along with the ability to pass a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior DSP/caregiver/home health aide experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Pass background check and state compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, patient and empathetic approach.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, in-home support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Support community integration and accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions per care plans.
• Foster a safe, respectful home environment and communicate with supervisors and family members.
• Coordinate with care team to ensure smooth daily routines.
