Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients in their homes. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being, tailor activities to personal interests, and provide compassionate companionship.

The role offers flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, and on-call, with travel up to 25 miles. Competitive pay of $18-$20 per hour, sign-on bonuses, and opportunities to obtain the HCA certification through us.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or eligible for exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification obtainable through us.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities
