Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes. You will tailor activities to individual interests for meaningful engagement and provide personal care, light housework, meal prep, and companionship.

We offer full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts with a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for last-minute or weekend

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
