The role requires a behavioral health degree, CADC/LCADC credentials, and rotating 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and (2) two years related experience.
• CADC or LCADC
• Rotating 24/7 coverage required
• Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history

Responsibilities

• Providing and coordinating substance abuse services in-home
• Case conferences with CP&P and other providers
• Remote work possible after 3-month probationary period
