Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Speech Therapist to provide in-home health services in the San Diego area. The role involves assessing and treating speech and language disorders, training communication skills, swallowing, and cognitive functions for adults of all ages as an Independent Contractor.

You will determine treatment plans, execute interventions, monitor progress, and adapt care in collaboration with the physician.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Therapist with state registration.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Therapist program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs for speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve speech, swallowing, and cognitive functions.
• Educate patients, families, and health team on therapy procedures.
• Record visits and progress in the medical record.
• Advise physicians on continuing or discontinuing therapy.
