Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current license or registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Administers hearing and speech/language evaluations and tests.
• Coordinates treatment plans with patient, family, and team.
• Records information on evaluations, treatment, progress, and discharge.
• Monitors response to intervention and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Instructs clients in communication techniques, including sign language and voice work.
• Complies with CMS and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintains licenses and certifications renewals as required.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
