Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to diagnose, assess, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across neonatal to geriatric patients in home-care and facility settings.

You will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with healthcare teams, and document progress while delivering compassionate care in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with patients of different age groups.
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to speech pathology.
• Ability to work in critical care environments.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques.
• Strong case management skills.
• Compassionate patient care approach.
• Experience with standardized testing procedures.
• Previous experience in inpatient settings.

Responsibilities
