Job summary

Home Health of Western Colorado seeks a Speech Therapist to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes across Western Colorado. You will assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop individualized treatment plans; and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians in a patient-centered, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Home health experience preferred.
