BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across MA. This is a per-diem, flexible-hours role serving clients of all ages.

You will assess, plan, and implement interventions to improve communication and swallowing, while coordinating with families and the care team. Perks include flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active MA license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
