BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to clients of all ages on a per-diem, flexible hours basis. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Massachusetts SLP license is required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred.
• 1+ year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
