Adventist Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across its home health and hospice services. You will evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with care teams to support communication and feeding goals.

Requires a Master’s degree, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and at least 21 years old with a valid license. ASHA CCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• ASHA CCC certification is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and must be at least 21.

Responsabilités

• Assesses and documents speech therapy data and patient outcomes.
• Identifies changes and trends throughout physical and emotional parameters.
• Reviews treatment plans and modifies or writes new programs.
• Maintains documentation as required by policy and law.
• Instructs patients on monitoring speech and practicing skills.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
