Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in patient homes across varied settings. You will evaluate language and communication disorders, plan individualized therapy, and collaborate with physicians to ensure quality, compassionate care.

The role involves traveling to patients' homes, maintaining licensure, and contributing to a team focused on stability and growth in the home health arena.

Qualifications

• Current state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Automobile liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation kept in good condition.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes.
• Treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication issues.
• Work with patients post-stroke and those with Parkinson’s disease or dementia.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to implement care plans.
