Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home care in Florida. You will diagnose and treat a range of communication and swallowing disorders in adults, and offer Aural rehabilitation and AAC support for those who are deaf or hard of hearing. Roles include other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates hold a state license, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR. This position comes with a comprehensive benefits package and supports flexible, patient-centered home health care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the state you are assigned to work.
• CCC-SLP certification with accredited program and CFY path if needed.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals.
• Other duties as assigned.
