Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to deliver patient-centered care in Upland, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Therapists work one-on-one with patients in their homes and communities, applying evidence-based approaches to achieve durable communication and swallowing outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA CCC certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Provide patient‑centered care in home/community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create integrated treatment plans.
