Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. This PRN opportunity delivers services in patients' homes and communities, with interdisciplinary teams creating integrated treatment plans addressing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC; strong communication with families

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure are required.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
• Deliver patient-centered care in the home and community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Engage families and caregivers to support therapy goals.
