Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Wildomar, CA and surrounding areas, including PRN opportunities. Therapists work one-on-one in patients' homes and communities, delivering integrated plans with an evidence-based approach to durable outcomes.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Speech Pathology, CA state licensure, and ASHA CCC, with strong planning, organization, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required, with CA state licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA strongly preferred.
• Experience treating neurologically related disorders is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech/language impairments and related cognitive needs.
• Address dysphagia and augmentative communication needs.
• Collaborate with families, professionals, and co-workers to implement patient-centered plans.
