Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Perris, CA and surrounding areas. PRN positions available, with patients treated in their homes and communities.

Interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans, using evidence-based approaches to achieve durable outcomes. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Speech Pathology, California licensure, and ASHA CCC.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required, plus ASHA CCC.
• Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments in speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
