Candidates should be licensed in the state and have CCC or CFY eligibility, with prior medical setting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in speech-language pathology is required.
• Licensure in the state where providing care (NC/SC in example, but for CA would be CA licensure) and CCC from ASHA or CFY eligibility.
• Experience in medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and care after therapy.
• Maintain and document patient progress and adhere to clinical guidelines.
