Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state of employment.
• Current driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in patients' homes under physician supervision.
• Support patients with language impairments, dysphagia, and cognitive communication needs.
