You will assess and treat language impairments, dysphagia, motor speech disorders, and cognitive communication difficulties, often after stroke or progressive conditions.

The role requires a valid SLP license in Florida, a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation to visit patients across communities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication difficulties in home settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver patient-centered therapy.
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as clinically indicated.
