Fox Rehabilitation in Wilmington, NC is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one care in private residences and senior living communities. You’ll deliver therapy, document in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists while leveraging telehealth for flexible care.

The role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient outcomes, and the ability to manage your own schedule, with options for in-home and community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to transfer patients and assist with mobility as needed.
• Willingness to drive to patient homes and senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults wherever they call home.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
