Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Georgetown, TX and surrounding areas. PRN positions are available to serve patients in their homes and communities.

The interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans, with emphasis on durable outcomes and functional goals. Candidates must hold a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure are required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech, language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia and augmentative communication in home settings.
