Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Katy, TX is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities, with PRN positions available for the duration of their stay. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and address functional goals through evidence-based approaches that yield durable outcomes.

Completion of a Master’s in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC are required, with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure with ASHA CCC required.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech, language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication.
