FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Greater Bradenton, FL, seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes and senior living communities. Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the practicing state
Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living communities
Develop and implement individualized care plans and evidence-based treatment
Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity and functional independence
Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
Provide telehealth/virtual care as appropriate
