Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and senior living care in Boynton Beach, FL. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver tailored therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to expand via telehealth and interdisciplinary collaboration. Florida licensure and CCC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Florida or eligibility to obtain.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCC credential or eligibility for certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech language pathology services to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Deliver telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
