Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state(s) of practice or eligible.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one speech language pathology to older adults in private homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy supporting wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
