Job summary

Kid Clan Services is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver early intervention across New Jersey, in clients' homes and community settings. This flexible, per-diem/contract role lets you build your caseload based on availability and demand.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IFSP outcomes, delivering therapy in natural environments, coaching families, and NJEIS-compliant documentation. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Speech Language Pathology license.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and family engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for children referred to early intervention.
• Develop individualized family service plan (IFSP) outcomes in collaboration with families and the early intervention team.
• Provide speech and language therapy services in natural environments (home, daycare, or community).
• Coach and empower families and caregivers to support their child's development.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with NJEIS guidelines.
