Job summary

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Hilltop, West Virginia. The position involves outpatient rehabilitation services delivered in home or facility settings, focusing on aging populations.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for an SLP license in practice state.
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility required for credentialing.
• Must have reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home or facility settings.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with billing.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel as applicable.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to plan and adjust care.
• Ensure safety and infection control in the home environment.
