Tutor Me Education LLC is hiring an In-Home Special Education Tutor to deliver personalized 1:1 instruction in students' homes across California. This flexible, part-time W-2 role starts with 2–10 hours/week with potential to grow, offering $25–$35+ per hour based on credentials and experience.

You’ll support diverse learners, align lessons to IEP goals, and collaborate with a supportive team. A engaging, patient, and bilingual candidate is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting students with special needs or learning differences (e.g., ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia) preferred.
• Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach essential.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging 1:1 sessions tailored to students with diverse learning needs.
• Implement creative lesson plans aligned to each student’s IEP goals with team support.
• Adapt academic materials to each student’s unique learning profile.
• Track progress after each session and maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
• Foster a safe, inclusive environment that builds confidence and resilience.
