Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
• Assisting with finding gainful employment
• Managing household tasks
• Budgeting finances
• Engaging in community activities
• Promoting healthy relationships

Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.

Current Hiring Needs:

• Apple Valley- 15 hours per week; Tues, Weds, and Fridays 12p-4p; younger female or male staff preferred.
• Burnsville- Up to 10 hours per week; Monday and Tuesday's, male or female staff.
• Eagan- 15 hours per week; after 1pm daily; female staff only.
