One Day At a Time Inc. is seeking In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to clients living in independent arrangements in North Branch and Wyoming.

Specialists travel weekly in their own vehicle and create flexible work schedules to meet client goals. Responsibilities include scheduling, helping clients find employment, managing household tasks, budgeting finances, engaging in community activities, and promoting healthy relationships.

We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a goal to provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Central Minnesota. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
• Assisting with finding gainful employment
• Managing household tasks
• Budgeting finances
• Engaging in community activities
• Promoting healthy relationships

Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.

Current Hiring Needs:

Shafer- 4 hours on Wednesday each week; 12p-p; female staff only. Exp, with mental health and chemical dependency would be a plus.
