inHom Senior Care is seeking a Local Senior Caregiver to provide companionship and daily living support in clients' homes in the South Suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.

Join our caring team to help clients maintain independence with personalized care plans, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training. Prior caregiving experience is welcome but not required; all training is provided. We value empathy and reliability in every role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate nature and desire to help others.
• Reliable and punctual with strong responsibility.
• Effective listening and communication with clients and teams.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Aid with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote independence.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare meals according to clients' preferences, including planning and grocery shopping.
• Light Housekeeping: Assist with tasks like housekeeping, laundry, and changing linens to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Companionship: Engage clients in social interactions to keep them connected and cared for in the home.
• Transportation: Provide transportation and escort clients to medical appointments and social engagements.
