Qualifications

• Experience with young learners and special needs, including Autism, speech delays, or sensory processing needs.
• Strong background in early literacy and foundational math aligned to kindergarten readiness.
• Ability to use visual, interactive, multisensory teaching strategies and positive reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction focused on kindergarten readiness and foundational academic skills.
• Support emerging reading skills including fluency, comprehension, sight word recognition, and confidence building.
• Reinforce math concepts and provide handwriting instruction with fine motor support.
• Create a positive, structured learning environment and adapt lessons to the student’s development.
