You will deliver personalized instruction tailored to the unique learning styles of neurodivergent students. Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with special needs.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Experience with students with special needs, learning differences, and behavioral accommodations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 tutoring sessions for students with special education needs.
• Review and implement lesson plans that align with each student's IEP.
• Modify and adapt academic materials to fit individual learning profiles.
• Document student progress and adjust methods for growth.
• Maintain communication with parents and school teams.
• Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment.
